I am here to stand up for healthcare equity. I am here so Black and Brown people can have lower mortality rates in birth. I am here to advocate for Black and Brown babies. I am here for social change. I am here to create a safer place for you be yourself and express your culture. I am here to stand up as an ally and your coconspirator. I am here to stand with you, even in traumatic events. I am here to help you feel safe. I am here to emotionally support you.

I am here to be anti racist. I am here to question the systematic abuse and bias in the hospital system. I am here to interconnect: to help my community grow stronger. I recognize my state of privilege in the system and I vow to put it in check. I vow to be compassionate. I vow to respect your choices. I vow to be transparent to you. I vow to be nonjudgmental. I vow to hold space for you. I will advocate for you, as your Doula.

One Virtual Meet-Up

Ask me all your questions and make sure I am a good fit for your needs via a phone interview, Zoom or Skype. If you would like a referral to another doula, I will provide that.

Three Prenatals

I will come to you to provide three prenatal visits where we will cover three specific areas of prenatal support.

Labor/Birth Support

I will remain on-call before, during, and after your “due date.” I will provide labor and birth support for you.

Three Postpartums

I will provide three postpartum visits to you within a period of 8 weeks. I will see you through your postpartum “follow-up” visit with your Care Practitioner.
